Role of Business Broker
To act as the fiduciary agent of the seller in all phases of marketing and sale of business while protecting the seller's confidentiality and privacy.
Duties of a Business Broker

- Value business objectively
- Develop a professional marketing package
- Execute marketing plan
- Facilitate lender financing for the business
- Identify potential buyers
- Qualify buyers Negotiate with buyers and third party advisors
- Prepare offer
- Coordinate all aspects of closing
